Here is a behind the scene shot of the Men’s Health Cover we shot this morning… It will be distributed to 10 different countries!! yippeeee! Incidentally it is the same female model used on this month’s Shape cover… This time around she accompanies her real life boyfriend Stuart for Men’s Health! What a dream team they make!

Once a year FANTASTIC photographer Jonothan Blackham returns to Cape Town and I get the privilege to have a bit of fun shooting a story with him… I say return to Cape Town, because this talented photographer is a household name in NYC and LONDON and jet sets all over to shoot wonderful and exciting stuff!
I was introduces to Jono by my good friend and GREAT stylist Kim Gray. It is always fun to shoot with Kim, but it is even better when we are not restricted by any briefs. Here are some behind the scene shots of our latest project.

Have you seen the new Shape Cover? I was filling up my car yesterday when I saw the magazine in the garage shop… I thought to myself, this looks so familiar… Completely forgetting that I did the make up.

Clinique wins Marie Claire Beauty Award 10 March 2011
Marie Claire Prix D’excellence De La Beaute 2011 was hosted at the Radisson in Johannesburg last week. This annual prestigious event is aimed at saluting the best in local and international Skincare and Cosmetics in recognising outstanding beauty products launched every year.
The winners are chosen by a panel of beauty journalists. According to the panel the competition was fierce this year, especially in the care category with so many top-notch skin, body, sun and hair products to choose from but this is always good news for the beauty consumer – product innovation just keeps getting better and better.
I am thrilled to announce Clinique was awarded the International award for Even Better Clinical, over and above that Clinique also won the locally judged South African award for Best skincare and innovation for EVEN BETTER CLINICAL and REPAIR WEAR LASER FOCUS.
