Do Blonds really have more fun??
I have decided that I will be doing EVERYTHING I have always wanted to do this year. I realise that EVERY THING is a bit of a stretch… but I wanted to live a bit more adventures this year. Do things I would usually be frightened of, and generally just let my hair down. (well in this instance – cut my hair off!)
When I asked Jade to cut my hair off, she said “NO!”. She said “we have a plan, you said you wanted to grow it!” And believe me, I did…at the time. But then I realised, if one day I wanted to get married, (and I’m not saying I do right now), but if some day, I would like to have longer hair. I think this is the mindset of most girls. I also don’t want to be one of those girls that once they got married, the first thing they do is cut off all they’re hair and start having kids. (no fingers pointed)
That is when I decided that this will be the perfect time to cut it all of. I’m almost 30 and the time is NOW!
It didn’t take me long to get Jade on board. She loves to have creative freedom, and this job had no boundaries. We cut it short… I LOVED it!
If cutting your hair was a drug…well, I would have been an addict. I was back in three weeks for more! “It’s too long”, I said. Jade smiled and when I walked out the door she thanked me. Once again, creative freedom. You see, I don’t mind giving people I trust creative freedom. I really trust Jade. That’s why I decided to go blond. Why not??
